Melamine, a sustainable edge solution. A material overview provides clarity with a remarkable conclusion.
Melamine edging from Kröning is sustainable because it is made from renewable raw materials. Certified pulp, which is obtained according to the strict guidelines of FSC and PEFC, only from the controlled cultivation of long-fiber eucalyptus and short-fiber softwood. The raw material is therefore largely CO² neutral. The ink systems used to print on the edges are water-thinnable and free of solvents. The paint systems used can also be diluted with water, based on urea or environmentally friendly UV paints. You can find more information here or you request our brochure.
